Dear Friends,
The past two years have been very trying for all of us. Ever since the onset of the pandemic, the health and welfare of our guests, our friends, and our employees have been at the forefront of our minds. Unfortunately, we are still facing many uncertainties and those unknowns would make operating our Jellystone Park very challenging. Because of the current situation, we are not expecting to open for the 2022 season. Should the situation change, we will communicate it to everyone via all of our marketing channels.
Please know that we miss all of you more than words can express and that we are anxiously awaiting the day when we can once again open our doors and host you at our park.
Thank you very much for your continued patience and understanding regarding this difficult situation,
The Toronto Jellystone Park Team

How to Make a Reservation
Make Your Campsite Reservation and Get Ready to Start Your Family Fun with Yogi Bear™!

We want to make sure that your holiday at Jellystone Park™ is enjoyable from the moment you arrive. While reservations are not mandatory, we do recommend that you make one to guarantee that you get a site whenever you arrive, and it will give you a better chance of getting exactly the services you desire. While specific sites cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate your special requests. Reservations are highly recommended on holiday long weekends and during our busiest times in July and August.
One of the many great things about Jellystone Park™ Toronto is that reservations are free! Unlike many Ontario Parks, including Ontario Provincial Parks, we don’t charge for reservations or changes. However, should you decide to cancel for any reason, we do charge a one time cost recovery fee of $20.00 for campsites and $20.00 for Habitats, for cancellations with more than 7 days notice for campsites and 14 days for Habitats. See Trailer Rentals for deposit information and cancellation policy.
Making Your Reservation
We invite you to submit your request for a reservation with our online reservation form.
If you are calling us for your reservation, please be sure to have the following information ready:
- A valid Visa or Master Card number complete with expiry date, CVC (3-digit code), and the name exactly as shown on the credit card. Please note that reservations are not guaranteed until your credit card has been processed or your deposit has been received. Please note the credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in (see our Reservation Policy).
- Your full name, complete mailing address, phone number with area code and email address.
- Your arrival and departure dates, with the total number of nights you plan to stay with us.
- The number of people aged 3 and older, and the ages of the children camping with you.
- The type of RV or camping equipment, approximate total length of RV or trailer with vehicle, plus services desired, i.e. electric, water, sewer, pull-thru. (Please advise if you will be towing a car and if you have slide outs).
Upon your arrival at the campground, please go to the Ranger Station office to check-in. Please bring the license plate number of your vehicle, along with the name and phone number that the reservation was made in with you when you check in (this is your confirmation number).
The best time to talk to a reservation specialist directly, during in-season, is to call (905) 775-1377 Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you call at other times we may not always be available to take your call personally. If you reach our voice messaging service, please leave us a detailed message.
PLEASE NOTE: All email and faxes are processed during normal office hours. Every effort will be made to respond to phone, email and fax messages in a prompt, professional manner, on the same day they are received.
